Cancellation / No Show Policy

The cancellation period is designed to ensure that we are able to fill the space you are no longer able to utilize. Should you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to review your consent in your account or speak with me directly.

Please keep in mind that the cancellation period is 48 hours prior to your appointment. Moving forward, this policy will be more readily enforced and you will be charged the full fee for late cancellations and / or failure to present for your appointment. Please note that payment is due prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Note: in extenuating circumstances (issues beyond your control), the cancellation policy maybe waived.
