Registered Clinical Social Worker
When something isn’t working anymore.
I’m a Registered Clinical Social Worker offering trauma and attachment therapy grounded in relationship, evidence and emotional and nervous system regulation.

Therapy often starts by building steadiness, so daily life feels more manageable.
As regulation improves, clarity and a sense of choice tend to return.
From there, we can work more directly with what has been sustaining the pattern.
What Changes
Symptoms can look manageable—until they aren’t.
Sustained stress, injury, and unresolved experiences can quietly disrupt your sleep, your relationships, and your sense of safety. It often shows up as hypervigilance, shutdown, irritability, or shame.
People wait a long time before reaching out, for reasons that make sense: it gets normalized, work makes it hard, or the systems around us don’t recognize psychological injury until it has escalated.
Fit
If this isn’t the right fit, I’ll help you find what is.
Success looks different for everyone. If we aren’t the right match, I’ll say so directly and help you identify the next step.
